Welcome Parents!
Beacons’ Crèche and Preschool warmly welcomes families of all backgrounds and encourages inquiries about available spaces. To secure a spot, contact us at 613-621-1678 or admin@beaconscrecheandpre-school.ca, as spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our admission process is transparent and fair, requiring completion of a registration form submitted to the Operations Manager or via email. Upon receipt, you’ll receive confirmation.
We value parent-child involvement during registration and offer visits to our center to aid in the transition. Children with special needs are accommodated with updated assessments.
Once a space is available, we’ll arrange a visit, provide an enrollment package, and confirm the start date.
Regarding fees, they’re calculated monthly with no refunds for non-attendance. Siblings incur an administration fee, and a non-refundable deposit secures confirmed spaces.

Important Registration Information
The monthly fees are payable in advance on the first day of each month. Our only payment method is Automatic Withdrawal by completing a “Direct Withdrawal Consent Form” that will be given to you with the “Registration Package.” A $50 charge is applicable for all NSF cheques. $2 a minute will be charged for pick up after 6:00 p.m. All rates quoted are per day, per child, according to the category of care for which parents and the agency have contracted.
